Purchased goods may be returned without giving any reason within the statutory 14-day period from the date of receipt.
Goods can only be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use.
Please return the goods to us clean, unworn and including all parts.
Please send the sneakers doubleboxed, i.e. pack the box with the sneakers in a cardboard box to prevent damage to the original sneaker box during shipping.
Money for returned goods will be paid into your account within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Orders can of course also be returned in person, however we will always refund the money to your bank account.
