We select sneakers, streetwear and accessories from around the world. Choose an available size or variant on the product page, then select shipping and payment at checkout. We verify every product before dispatch.

Yes. We sell only authentic products and check every item before dispatch. We verify its origin, construction and condition so you can shop with confidence.

The condition stated on the individual product page is authoritative. Check its description and photos before ordering; if you need to confirm anything, send us the product link.

Individual sizes can differ in availability and purchase cost, so their selling prices may also differ. Selecting a size shows the price of that exact variant, which is also used when it is added to your cart.

Yes, current prices and discounts can change. The product page shows the price of your selected variant, and checkout shows the final order amount before you confirm.

Purchased goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, under our terms. You may inspect and try them as you would in a shop. Return all components and protect the sneaker box with an outer shipping box. Our online form explains the process and available return methods.

Request a different size or product through our Returns and complaints page. Exchanges depend on current availability. We are also happy to help you choose a size before ordering; statutory returns and voluntary exchanges are separate procedures.

We refund through the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or their shipment is evidenced. If the original method cannot be refunded, we will agree an alternative with you.

Send us your order number and a photo of the product you received. We will investigate and arrange the next steps with you.

Create a complaint on our Returns and complaints page. Prepare your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will assess the case and explain the next steps.

Open the Size guide on the product page and compare your measurements with the chart for that model. Sneakers also include instructions for measuring your foot. If you are unsure, send us the model, your usual size and foot length.

Fit and sizing can vary by brand and by individual model. Follow the recommendation and chart for the product, rather than relying only on the size of other shoes or clothing.

Yes. Send the product link or model name and the size and brand you usually wear. For sneakers, include your foot length in centimetres; for clothing, include your measurements. We will help you choose.

We cannot promise a restock date for limited products. Save the product to your wishlist, watch new arrivals or tell us which size you are looking for.

We started on marketplaces and Instagram. As our community grew, TEKKIES Store was born, bringing together standout sneakers and streetwear from around the world. Authentic products and clear communication matter to us.

We sell authentic products and verify them before dispatch. Card and mobile wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout shows the final amount and shipping options before you confirm. You can also read customer experiences in our Google reviews.

Send us the model, size, condition and asking price, with photos of the pair and box. We will review the offer and get back to you.

We dispatch in-stock orders within 24–48 hours. This is the dispatch time; delivery then depends on the destination and selected carrier. After handover, we send you an email with a tracking link.

We use PPL, Packeta, GLS and UPS depending on the destination. Checkout shows the available address, pickup point or parcel locker delivery options and their prices.

Yes, we also ship to European Union countries. Select your country; checkout will show the available carriers and final shipping price for your address.

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Available methods depend on the order and delivery country. Checkout shows all options and any cash on delivery surcharge before you confirm.

Stripe processes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments when you complete the order. For bank transfers, payment details are included in the order confirmation. Cash on delivery is paid when you receive the parcel.

After dispatch, we email you a tracking link. You can also check the order status in your customer account. If you cannot find the email, check spam or send us your order number.

After checkout, we send you a confirmation email. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam. If you still cannot find it, contact info@tekkiesstore.cz.

If the order has not been handed to the carrier yet, we will try to help. Send us your order number and requested change as soon as possible.

Tcoins are loyalty points linked to your account. Earn 1 Tcoin for an eligible delivered order from €60. Each is worth €1.20 and can be used directly as a discount in signed-in checkout. Tcoins are valid for one year.

Yes, registration is free. Your account brings together your orders, wishlist and Tcoin balance.

Use the heart to save products you want to revisit later. When you are signed in, your wishlist syncs with your account. Saving an item does not reserve it.

Our checkout currently has no separate installment payment method. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or available cash on delivery.
