Purchased goods may be returned without giving a reason within the statutory 14-day period, calculated from the date of receipt.
Return conditions
You may inspect and try the goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a physical shop.
You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that scope. Please return all components; original packaging is not a condition of withdrawal.
Please ship sneakers double-boxed — place the sneaker box inside a cardboard shipping box to prevent damage to the original box during transit.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or their shipment is evidenced.
Orders may also be returned in person. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will agree an alternative method with you.
